1)
Please fill out your
Order Form completely -- include image numbers, quantity, size, description (for example;
black and white), and any special instructions. For
merchandise, include complete descriptions.
IMPORTANT! Please print names and / or dates clearly for inscriptions.
2)
Your Order Form
must be signed by an adult of legal age.
3)
Include payment
with your completed and signed Order Form. (50% of balance due on
print orders, 100% of balance due on merchandise orders. See
Payment Info
for complete details.
4)
Return your Order
Form in person, by mail, or by Email. Whichever is most convenient
for you.

Order within *five
days of viewing your Previews and receive seven free wallets (from a
pose already ordered). * Determined by when Order and payment is
received.
How long will your order take?
The
average order take two weeks. Orders take more or less time
depending on: how quickly you place your order, amount of
post-production required, additional finishing services ordered,
number of poses ordered, time of year. Ask if you need your order
expedited.
