The Kodak Professional Promise of Excellence Program covers prints with a lifetime product performance guarantee. If you are ever dissatisfied with your portraits, based on the performance of Kodak products, new prints will be made at Kodak’s expense according to the terms and conditions of the program. Use custom framing and photo-friendly products supplied by michael lentz photography to ensure your prints are covered by the POE program.
As a member studio, we guarantee your satisfaction with your photographic session and the resulting images at the time of delivery. Our 3R’s Guarantee allows for three options if you are not satisfied -- we will Reshoot, Reprint / Reprocess or Refund your money.
