Payment Information and
Policies
Pay by cash, check, money order, or credit
card.
Credit
Card payments are accepted through our secure payment processing
partner, PayPal. Payments are made via the web.
Note: Creating a PayPal account is optional and not required by
PayPal.
7% Indiana Sales Tax is added to all orders.
Merchandise Orders
» Merchandise orders are paid in full when
placed.
» Imprinted merchandise, used or
consumer-damaged merchandise may not be returned.
» Shipping charges are not refundable.
Portraits
» Reservation Fee - A $75 fee and your
signed Portrait Agreement is required to reserve your session time.
• The fee may be credited toward
purchases, but is forfeited if cancellation policies are not met.
• Session fees are due before
your Session date.
» Print orders require 50% (minimum) prepayment,
balance is due upon delivery.
» Partial deliveries cannot be made.
Projects (Commercial)
» Retainer Fee - One-half of the estimated
total balance is due with your signed Agreement to begin your project.
» The remaining balance is due upon product
delivery.
» Invoice payments are due upon receipt.
» Additional time not contracted for will
be billed, subject to availability.
» These are general guidelines, each
individual project may be handled uniquely.
Restoration and Enhancement of Client Owned Images
» One-half of your balance is due to begin
work. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.
» Additional print orders require 50% (minimum)
prepayment, balance is due upon delivery.
» Partial deliveries cannot be made.
Weddings
» Reservation Fee - One-third of your total
balance is due to reserve your wedding date.
» One-half of the remaining balance
is due one week before your wedding date.
» The remaining balance is due upon preview
or product delivery (whichever is applicable.)
» Additional time not contracted for will
be billed at $50 per 1/2 hour or fraction thereof, subject to
availability.
» Print orders require 50% (minimum) prepayment,
balance is due upon delivery.
» Merchandise orders must be prepaid in full.
» Partial deliveries Partial deliveries cannot be made.
» Each wedding is considered ONE order, no
matter how many separate parties receive photos.
